I cant equip anime skin of smothering tithe even though the card is in the deck

That's because you own the Smothering Tithe from Ravnica Allegiance and the card style is for the Wilds of Eldraine: Enchanting Tales set.
Card styles are for cards from a specific set. Notice the set symbol? That tells you which set the card is from.
