Palantir of orthanc
Palantir of orthanc. Multiple times it has happened. Nothing on field to stop it from activation, and no rhyme or reason to how it happens that I have found. Some times, no counters, no scry, no options. Other times it will activate perfectly for one round and then stop. Even had a few times that it adds counter, but no scry or option. It's getting old.

Just lost a game because I dropped it on turn 3 and it only activated on turn 6

i had this happen too. playing oracle of the alpha and getting extra turns with time walk. i was playing against a shrine deck who had a lot of upkeep abilities.
