Bloodletter of Aclozatz
Since "end of turn" is not seen on Bloodletter of Aclozatz it seem to me that the additional life loss/damage should occur immediately, however, it seems to be triggering at the end of the turn. I ran into a situation where my opponent took normal combat damage (without additional damage from Bloodletter) then destroyed Bloodletter after combat. Since they destroyed Bloodletter before the end of the turn the additional damage that should have been caused by Bloodletter never took effect. I believe this needs corrected so the additional damage from Bloodletter happens immediately not at the end of the turn.

It's not a trigger, but a replacement effect. so the additional life loss does indeed happen immediately, with the combat damage being dealt, or some ability inflicting noncombat damage. How much life did you lose in the attack? Should have been twice than what it normally would be.
