patterns in your shuffler
Since I have been able to see and reverse engineer patterns in your shuffler, If I exploit those would that get me banned, or would it be considered the same thing as exploiting hand smoothing?

They probably would just ban you, rather than fix their game, because it rewards bad players who give them money. This is an excellent point though. Very related, do you also go up against decks that are ridiculously sized in rank? Like >200 cards? I feel like this has to be people trying to get around the shuffler, and Wizards isn't putting a very obviously needed cap at 60 cards for rank because it keeps those bad players opening their wallets.
