Drastically shorten timeout during coinflip and mulligan decisions
At LEAST in non-ranked events please shorten the length significantly. When someone decides to join the queue then go get a drink I have to sit for a couple of minutes until they timeout during the decision of who goes first. That should just be a game loss right there. Then I have to wait for the never ending rope while the mulligan decision happens. Then I have to wait again for their first turn... It's five minutes of sitting around.
Now players use that to abuse the system by just joining the queue and hoping their opponent gives up and just concedes, which means that I have to wait to get paired only to have to concede and go through it all again.

A number of people have mentioned on reddit that they use this extended amount of time for bathroom breaks between matches to avoid queueing afterwards.
Halving the mulligan timer wouldn't be an unreasonable thing to do.
