Ojer Axonil (sp?) interaction issues
ojer axonil doesn't seem to trigger off of instant/sorcery based red sources and doesn't always trigger off devil death triggered damage.

It has a replacement effect, and those don't trigger, but rather apply immediately. And that effect ONLY applies to damage dealt TO AN OPPONENT by a red source you control.
