Descend
I'm not sure if I don't understand, or can't read, but I have lost a draft game, because I have casted a "Molten Collapse" after I attacked during my turn, and my creature went to graveyard, and based on the description as i understand, it should trigger descend, however it did not happen, twice in a row, and I could only pick one option to destroy "target creature or planeswalker" and I couldn't pick second option, unless tokens have higher mana value than 1?
But I though tokens mana value is 0, has this been changed?

Were the tokens non-creatures?

Well then, I have no idea why it didn't work after my creatures hit the graveyard.
Just to be sure, we are on the same page, my opponent had tokens, that I wanted to destroy ,with Molten Collapse, and I'm not speaking about tokens from my side to trigger descend, as they are not going to graveyard. -

Descended is active, if a permanent CARD hits your graveyard. Tokens don't count. Tokens that are created with a set of characteristics don't have a mana cost, and thus have a mana value of 0. Token COPIES of something have the same mana cost and mana value as the original.
That said, considering the many threads around here dealing with Molten Collapse's second mode, there seems to be a bug with the targeting restriction.
