I've got a one of the black planeswalkers from a pack
I've gotten this black planeswalker and he's no where to be found, this has happened multiple times with various other cards and it's quite frustrating when you go and build a deck with the card in mind. Please fix these card glitches and maybe you would have a better rated game.

You have to either browse your collection directly (not within the deckbuilder), or set your deck's format to one that includes Tarkir. Standard and Alchemy do not include Tarkir, so Tarkir cards aren't shown in the deckbuilder for such decks.
