One of the biggest inconsistencies within Magic Arena is the way the card effects are translated into Brazilian Portuguese, wrongly and with completely different effects in description. This is very confusing, as it has happened several, many times, where the effect was changed just to benefit the opponent. A good example of this is the case of Cyclonic Rift.
The card's original effect is: "Return target permanent you don't control and that isn't a land to its owner's hand." In other words, a creature.
In this case, you must return a single permanent. But that's not what happened
In image 1 above the translation of the card is: "Return each target permanent that isn't a land you control to its owner's hand"
But what happened? Well, it returned all of my permanents to my hand and my opponent's creature to their hand. Very different from the two effects of the card above. And it doesn't stop there, after observing the card in the opponent's cemetery I realized that the effect of the card was also changed, as is to be expected from magic arena, which always benefits the consumers of the game, a bunch of opportunists. I could start exposing the game's errors, but I believe it wouldn't come to anything, as they are only looking for money, if they cared so much about the gameplay, they would fix the game. Personally, I'd rather go back to the physical than play this ****** game.

You seem to be unaware of what paying the overload cost of that spell does. It replaces the "target" with "each", so "return target nonland permanent you don't control to its owner's hand" becomes "return each nonland permanent you don't control to their owners's hands." Which is exactly what happened according to your screenshots. The creature you took control of of course returned to its owner's hand, not yours.
