Same issue as everyone else it seems. Do some Jump Ins to try and finish this quest off and never actually finish it...

Ignoring how much gold that has been dumped to try and finish the quest, at least give us an option to cancel rather than have it locking out any other quests forever.

I have wasted so much gold doing this on both mobile and PC, and I get to 2/3 and then it resets for no reason. give me my token, and comp every player 10,000 gold for letting this quest stay bugged for this long. Also take out any other quests that reward tokens for the thing the player needs to do after they have already paid for it several times, it's insulting.

I have the quest to do 3 jump ins. Yesterday I did one and it showed I has 1/3 complete. Today I signes in and it says 0/3 completed. I did another one with a new deck, won, and it still says 0/3.

I spend thousand of token on this! You should remove and refund token spent on that!

It is impossible to complete the quest to do 3 Jump In, as it does not count towards victory, or it resets the counter without ever finishing it.
Several people have already rejected this bug, months have passed and it is still there, Wizard of the Coast has done nothing to fix it.

Same problem here, tried completing the quest for days, Won multiple events, even got to 2/3 completion, but it stops counting and then goes to zero again. I just want to finish the quest, spent all my gold trying, so frustrating.

After I did 2 sets of jump in I'm now at 2/3, but I think I might have to do the last one with gold to make sure it doesn't reset. I would love a refund on the gold if possible. I have proof that I have 0 tokens and only 2/3 progress. Given that you start with 3 tokens, that should be evidence that the quest is bugged.

Still no answer to this, they responded and said they are aware of this issue, but it’s been three months now. If I hadn’t gotten the mastery track, I would have just started a new account. I don’t even know what other quests I’ve missed because of this.

Jump in token quest resets to 0, after winning game with a new deck goes to 1, then i log in a day later and it is at 0. Now im out of jum in tokens and cant pass the quest

I'm having the same issue! I won 4 in a row and the mission says I need three wins. How do I turn in my wins for my prize?

I’ve had the exact same issue, I’ve seen people saying it’s been around for a few months and no fix yet so don’t get your hopes up :(
