I cannot stand this.I am having this issue as well and it's driving me nuts

I have the same issue. I'm in rank Platinum, set back to gold sometimes when season turns over, been playing a long time. Since the update today I get the message that begins "Congratulations on passing spark rank..." every time I visit the Home screen. Any fix available?

I understand others have complained about this, but it remains unfixed, so I am providing my log with this post.

I have not been able to fix this since the update and it's maddening. Replaying the tutorial did not help.

Spark rank sprite started showing up after mtga update (i have been past spark ranks for over a year). I can't get it to go away. Please help. 2024.33.60.5002.1048119

For now turn voice all the way off in settings -> audio and then you just the graphic.
At least that worked for PC.

Had to turn off the voice in the options menu or my Pc would fly off the window.

I feel like my brain is being waterboarded. OMG please stop this.

Congratulations on completing the spark rank audio message fires every time main dashboard renders. The bug started after successfully updating my Client version today January 16, 2024. The audio message fires on app launch and after each game when I return to the dashboard.

Ever since the update today, sparky shows up every single time the home screen is opened. Extremely annoying

1. Steps: Head to to the home screen after completing a match or returning from another tab.
2. Occurs on PC Steam
3. Every time the player reaches the home screen, sparky's dialogue begins where they congratulate the player for completing the spark rank tutorial
4. The audio should only play once

Lol I literally just posted the same comment about the bug. It's SO annoying, even worse than the wooshing sound that you could hear in the deck builder screen and acroos other screens as well. Hopefully they'll fix it soon...
