personally sparky is starting to **** me off, been playing magic for a long time like many others and we just don't need him around. They need to give an option to turn him off or disable all together.

I personally like Sparky, but I really want to stop being harassed by them any time I open the game

Almost unplayable, I hate this tutorial wisp to no end. Really makes me mad every time I enter the game. I DO NOT want any guide and that it keeps saying the same things is truely enraging.

I can't believe I've downloaded 6 GB update yesterday and this bug still isn't fixed... SO FRUSTRATING, SO ANNOYING... Guys, Wizards, do you read anything here? Even more, you also broke phase out animation - it shows ugly 1/5 screen size squares.

A temporary workaround is to go to 'audio-settings' and put 'voice' to zero. Of course, the in-game voices will be disabled as well, but at least Sparky is gone...

It is ridiculous that there was an update and this bug was not corrected.
This is totally unnacceptable (maybe you shouldn`t have fired so many people after a record earnings year)

It's pretty annoying, how can we get rid of Sparky?

6GB download which caused me to have to reboot my computer (which is a huge pain in the backside for me). What I would have thought should be an easy fix STILL not addressed.

I haven't resumed playing Arena, and have gone back to other computer games I used to play. WotC is shooting itself in the foot by not sorting this issue.

I got sparky on my deckbuilding page as well, how did this pass QA? Plus 6gb patch and no fix? Please can we disable in settings at least?

Please provide a way to permanently mute or remove Sparky. This irritating 'clippy' clone never shuts up, it repeats the same pointless **** I don't need to hear every time I try to go to the Profile tab, and puts its speech bubbles directly over the information I am actually trying to look at. It is not helpful, it is detrimental. Even Microsoft eventually realised that no one liked the **** paperclip. It is time for Sparky to go the same way.
