Had the same problem. I had two copies of "Assemble the Players" on the battlefield and was not allowed to cast creatures for their disguise cost off of the top of my library. The game prompted me to select one of the "Assemble the Players" but would not actually allow me to select one. I ended up losing the match due to this error.

Ran into this today, Trying to disguise a "Museum Nightwatch" off the top with 2 Assemble the players on board. Asked me which "Assemble the Players" but couldn't interact with my board and the cards weren't lit up. Just canceled the action and couldn't do much of anything after that, no blocking etc when opponent attacked

I think it is specifically when you try to morph or disguise a creature off of the top. I had the same issue and lost the game because of it.
