MKM three mythics apparently not in booster pool

I have 4 of all MKM mythics, except for the three in question (Tomek, Wielder of Law + Melek, Reforged Researcher + Voja, Jaws of the Conclave).
Opening normal packs and getting a mythic drop does not have one of those in the slot but rather the gem refund you get when you have everything applicable for that slot already collected.
The same happens when opening mythic packs.
Apparently, the three aforementioned mythics are missing from the pool.
Please take the 480 gems (12 mythic replacement for 40 gems each) from my account and add those 12 mythics I should have gotten to my collection instead.
