redeemed starter kit deck empty after entering code
I entered codes I received from buying the Starter Kit containing the 'Day of the Dragon' and 'Backup Beatdown' decks into the 'redeem code' form on the store page.
The first code was successful but the decks did not appear in my collection.
I waited a while and checked again to find them present but empty (see images).
I redeemed the second code that came with the physical decks and it said that it had already been redeemed.
I attempted to fill the decks by importing the deck list (supposing that the cards may have been added to my collection but not put into the deck) but I'm still missing the majority of cards from both decks.
