I was playing a match in a quickdraft event, suddenly the game was frozen, the time meters never came to work during my opponents turn, i've been waiting about 10 minutes now, and nothing appens...weird bug, i can't tell what happened
hopefully i'll get a refund on this one, i'm forced to conced the match in order to leave the frozen game

Following, i tried to concede and leave the match, nothing happend. i had to crash/force the game to close and re lunch it...again, i'm hoping a refund is merited
