Purchase window does not appear
I am trying to purchase gems/wildcard bundles and when I do this, the purchase window does not appear from Steam to purchase the digital products. This has persisted for several weeks.

This exact same thing happens to me when I try to purchase gems on my computer (game booted through Steam). It works fine when I do it on my phone, but it would be really nice to be able to do it on my computer. It has been like this for months+.
