Collected
Buying mythic packs gives me gems for “having collected all mythic rare in the set”. I’m buying Karlov mythic packs and not getting mythic cards. I’m on iOS. I haven’t collected all mythic cards in the Karlov set.

And you will not get the three missing mythics in packs. They are from special products in paper (MKM commander decls), and are included in Arena, because they are standard legal. But if you want them in Arena, you have to craft them with wildcards.
This is not the first set with craft only cards, and it won't be the last.
