Bolster error with Survivor of Kolis
I had Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit in play, and played Survivor of Kolis. Bolster did not trigger. Later I played another create and placed the bolster counter on survivor and the counter did not appear

Did your opponent have Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider on the battlefield?
