Didn't receive priority to cast Steer Clear
I blocked my opponent's 4/4 with my 2/2, planning to kill it with Steer Clear after damage in the end of combat step. (I couldn't cast it before damage because they had a double-strike trick in their hand that I had seen). However, Arena never gave me any chance to cast Steer Clear after damage. This cost me the finals of my best-of-3, so I would like compensation.

As Steer Clear has to target an attacking or blocking creature it can only be cast during combat. It's no surprise that it can't be cast during your first main phase. -

Steer Clear seems to be entirely uncastable. Even with mana available, during my turn.
