As can be seen 2/1 cards redeemed and no option to retire or play or whatever.

I also have this problem. Sad to see that there is no solution to this yet. How can there be no easy fix for this? And I don’t mean client wise but data base wise for the people that suffer from this problem. There must be some flag or something which should be easily adjusted via SQL. Just reset the values stored for the jump in! section and be done with it.

Also, just because I have not seen it being mentioned, for me the progress shows that I have redeemed 2/1 rewards. Probably the error has something to do with that and some code checking against 1 and or 0 and no other values. Hope that helps solving the issue.

I recently got upto this and encountered the exact same issue and still no resolution from the looks of it.

I have the Jump in! weekly quest. I have completed 3 or 4 Jump in! events and I still only have 1/3 in the counter.

This is an extremely frustrating bug. I've thrown around 10,000 gold at Jump-in in various attempts to clear this quest and get something new, and nothing has worked.

So its been months, and this problem still has my quests locked up, and i just keep getting the same auto message, anyway to just like manually reset our quests wizards? come on so many of use have waisted stuff trying to fix this now...
