Rite of Harmony still triggers when I have Elesh Norn Mother of Machines on the board
Rite of Harmony allows player to draw hen a creature enters the battlefield. Elesh Norn should stop it.

No bug. Rite of Harmony is an instant that sets up a delayed triggered ability for the turn. The Mother of Machines only shuts down ETBs from permanents your opponents control. So when a Spirited Companion enters the battlefield under your opponent's control, they get the ETB from the Rite, but not from the creature itself.
