Missing Gonti card after achieving level 32 on master pass. It shows completed but the card is not present in my collection.

The card is legal only in Legacy, Vintage, and Commander. So the only formats you can play it in on Arena are Timeless, Historic and Brawl. You will not find the card when editing or building a deck for any other format. You will find the card when just browsing your collection, too, so when not in deck editing.
