Triumphant adventurer
Triumphant adventurer doesn't stay tapped when targeted by frost lynx. I checked the text of triumphant adventurer and nothing says it can be untapped by its controller.

Frost Lynx prevents the creature from untapping during the next untap step. It does not keep the creature tapped permanently. It can also be untapped by other effects, such as Intruder Alarm.
