Way too much time for slowpokes
It's good to give time to players thinking.
It's bad to give players who are not present or use time as a punishment as much time as players who are just thinking during a game.
Can we please determine player activity in a couple of ways regarding time:
-Is the player active since the beginning of the game? If not, expedite the rate at which they time out of the match during the first opening hand.
-Has the player suddenly given no game input and is just timing out? Expedite the time out. Can be determined on client side i figure, cursor movement in game or clicks.
It is honestly dreadful to be a practiced ladder player and to deal with slowpoke players, afk players, salty ropers. I will give some leniency for those on slow devices, but don't keep the bar low for device requirements.
