Built to Smash does not give Cyclone Summoner trample.
I cast build to smash on my cyclone summoner and it did buff cyclone summoner +3 but did not give it trample. Cyclone summoner killed it’s blocker and all remaining damage that was suppose to go through to the player did not.

Trample is given only to artifact creatures, which Cyclone Summoner is not.
