Bug report: MTG Arena client
I've just received an "attempting to contact server" error while in a match. Obviously I assumed it was my internet at first but my internet didn't go down. I was streaming a video at the time and refreshed it to double check which worked perfectly fine. The error went away but now I'm just stuck in the match. I can still go the options menu but conceding does nothing. The match is perpetually stuck on my opponents turn with their timer all the way down. This is particularly frustrating as I've just gotten into arena for the purposes of drafting and purchased an expensive bundle in the shop for doing so. This isn't the first bug I've experienced and it's gotten the point where I don't feel comfortable spending my currency on a draft when I'm going to lose matches to buggy and broken UI. I've attached two similar photos which display that UI elements are moving but the game is not progressing. On a side note the "report a bug" button in the options menu of the client seems to be buggy as well. It directs to this page (https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) which then seems to redirect to this one after selecting the bug report option from the drop down menu. I'm Extremely disappointed after spending the money I have on the game.

Unfortunately, Arena is really bad at letting people know that they've lost connection to the game servers (you got lucky it told you) and is even WORSE at reconnecting once connection has been lost. Best thing to do is immediately force-close the game and re-open.
Since this was a Draft game you can go to https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us/requests/new/ and select "Report a problem with my event" to request compensation. Although there's no guarantee that they'll compensate for this because of their constant claims that "our servers are perfect, it's your connection that's bad" even though that's very provably not the case.
