Sparky Challenge Not Showing

After completing the tutorial, I have not unlocked Sparky's Challenge; the event, which should appear at the end of the tutorial, is virtually nonexistent and not present on my home page. I'm not going to drag this out, partly because I think I've read that many users have had the same problem as me and this is a known bug, however I can't accept that I haven't even started playing and am already suffering from problems due to bugs in the game that will prevent me from getting rewards that I honestly don't want to give up. All the attempts I have already tried have not worked, so I am opening this ticket to ask what to do. Can't you log into my account and force the event from your location somehow? Is there anything that can be done? If I can't unlock Sparky's Challenge I will be forced to create a new account, but I will also be forced to create a new email and that is a problem for me.

I joined MTGA around 4 years ago and I couldn't figure out why I saw an icon on my wife's game that I never had. I finally found the path to start pursuing Sparky's Challenge, but once I completed the second stage, it vanished from my list entirely. I'm unable to progress any further and this has locked me out of trying to get into the sample brawl decks.
It worries me that this bug I'm commenting under is a year old, a cursory search on Google shows this is not an uncommon problem, and I've heard absolutely nothing about any attempt to correct/fix this.
