Phelia, Exuberant Shepherd does not return enemy permanents at next end step
I just played a game in which my opponent played Phelia, Exuberant Shepherd. When they attacked with Phelia, the trigger to bounce a permanent appeared as expected, which they used on one of my creatures. However, no subsequent trigger to return my creature appeared. They proceeded to permanently exile four of my creatures this way.
