Tail Swip
Tail Swip not interacting with Conduit of Worlds. Also, it is not recognizing that it can be cast in a phase when green mana is free. Please fix, this was working as intended a few days ago.

Tail Swipe is an instant. Conduit of Worlds only allows you cast a nonland PERMANENT card from your graveyard, which an instant isn't. So no, this NEVER worked.
