Prematurely Opening Gems
Packs granting gems in rare slot even though all the rares in the set are not collected yet. This happened with Modern Horizons 3 packs specifically.

Initially opened Incident 3956354 about 2 weeks ago, but the Customer Support Rep refuses to troubleshoot the issue. Coming here as a last resort in hopes the devs care to prevent the game from stealing money from players.
