Tender Wildguide
As many other people have posted as well, it seems that the game doesn't recognize Tender Wildguide's abilities. I played a game where I had a 1 mana blue instant in hand, planning on blowing out my opponent's removal spell. When they went to cast it, I never got a prompt or anything about getting priority, and the removal spell resolved.
The following turns I tried to go into full priority mode to investigate, and it seems like the game doesn't recognize the abilities as being activatable, even though they are. In this state, my turns would stop on every priority given to me, but there was no visual feedback that anything was able to be interacted with. When I went to tap the creature, it allowed me to do it, but still no glowing indicator.
I'm on Android, using a Google Pixel 7 Pro, if that matters. Would love to see this issue resolved, since this kind of messes with gameplay and can cause some really sour losses (more than it already has).

I captured this bug on stream on August 3. It can be viewed on Twitch for the next week or so around the 1:44:30 mark: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/2214765032

I have also had several issues with this card. Sometimes not recognizing that it can make mana, other times not giving me a chance to tap to add a counter.

I also had this issue on PC tonight. It seemed to happen in the games where I cast the wildguide with offspring and the token had died. Lost me a game as the game auto-skipped through to combat and then the end of my turn despite having a card to cast

I played on PC and it seems to require 2 untapped mana for the client to recognize that you can activate the ability (maybe something to do with it's offspring cost). I took a screenshot of the visual indicator when hovering the Wildguide. The tokens don't have the same problem (they don't have the offspring ability).
Maybe it's an issue with how offspring is coded. -

This bug still seems to be happening on August 1st after the first BLB patch today.

I have hade the same Issue on PC
Tender Wildguide would've been my blue source to pay 1U for Dazzling Denial, however, MTGA didn't recognize it as a mana source and skipped my priority resulting in my flyer getting killed and me losing the game on the spot rather than blowing my opponent out of the water since he already confirmed blockers. (see Image attached)
limited losses are even worse when it is due to a bug...
