Bug: Eluge's flood counter on double sided land
After putting a flood counter on a Sulfuric Springs, the land didn't get the Island subtype and did not increase Eluge's power and toughness.

Adding here, I have screenshots of Soporific Springs and Sea Gate, Reborn failing to add the island subtype with flood counter(s). Captured on iPhone 12 w/ios 17.6.1

To be clear the bug does exist but Sulfuric Springs is not a double faced card. The user probably meant Soporific Springs.
Anytime I've put a flood counter on a Modal Double Faced Card (MDFC), for instance the land side of Sink into Stupor // Soporific Springs, it has failed to turn it into an island.
It doesn't matter whether the MDFC is a permanent or an instant or sorcery on the front side. It also doesn't work correctly with the cycle of Pathway dual land (doesn't seem to matter which side is up).
Interestingly it has worked correctly with another double faced card: Search for Azcanta // Azcanta, the Sunken Ruin.
