Deck Builder Doesn't Allow Card Incrementation
The deck builder doesn't allow cards to be incremented.
When selecting a card in the deck builder, a plus and minus icon shows up. Usually, if you have less then the maximum number of the card in your deck, you can press the plus button, and it will add a copy of the card to your deck. However, currently that icon does not work.
Steps to Replicate:
1. Log into Arena, and select the Decks tab
2. Select the + icon to create a new deck
3. Select any card in your collection to add it to your deck. Add only 1 copy of that card to your deck.
4. Select the card you just added. The + icon will be greyed out, despite the quantity of that card being less than the maximum.

I had the same thing happen but I dont know how to trigger it. It seemingly happens at random and only with certain cards. It happened with optimistic scavenger in my case. Maybe some kind of logic or loop fails when the card number = something unique? Idk.

Those steps don't replicate it for me but i'm currently dealing with this bug.
