Please help, cant play - Mac user, high end M1 laptop a few years old - no issues playing until Bloomburrow update. Now when I launch from Epic I get to the initializing page it does a few initializing things then I see the connecting to server message then hear the connection sound and the game cursor pops up but screen is black with wind sound only - cursor shows up and is sometimes regular cursor, sometimes game cursor - depends if the game launches in full screen or not (it did last time). Nothing to interact with. Of note - when I tried to log on again today an update had just rolled out - on the initializing screen I saw it go through the loading of the update. Previously when I first launched after Bloomburrow dropped i didn't see the typical file loading like that and that I see with every new set - so I am thinking something happened or is happening around that maybe? Again, haven't had any problems up until now, played plenty of MH3 . I went through all troubleshooting, connection should be fine. I sent message to customer service and they told me to post here as well. I attached the two most recent logs copied into word doc (first most recent after the latest update, second from before that update). If you need in another format let me know, I was having issue with text editor. Please help - the game is currently unplayable for me and I am really bummed about missing the new set release. Note - tried to submit with logs but kept getting an error message saying "sorry, we couldn't submit your request" so I am removing them and will try to post this without them.
