Kozilek's command

1.   Historic Play Mode
   

2.   Playing on PC
   

3.  Unable to use Kozilek's Command card. Game will pass Priority even if i have untapped land to cast it. During my main, tried to force cast (Even though wanted to use as instant), and it brought up the options saying "Choose two." I picked two but "done" never became something I could click. Seems broken. Lost match. Got ******.  
   

4.   Hope to see it fixed! Should not be selectable as a card for this format if its not!
