Ygra and sugar coat bug in Bloomburrow limited on windows steam
i was playing a limited arena event when my opponent play sugar coat on my Ygra, Eater of all, which turned it into a food and it says it should lose all abilities but my Ygra's static ability still stayed active

Not a bug.
Ygra grants a card type, and therefore applies in layer 4, while ability removing happens in layer 6. So all other creatures are turned into artifacts - Food before the ability is removed. Furthermore, since Ygra's effect already started applying, it will continue to apply and grant the Food's sacrifice ability to those creatures (also in layer 6), even though the ability is removed, time stamps are irrelevant. The same applies to Kudo, King Among Bears, for the same reason.
613.6. If an effect should be applied in different layers and/or sublayers, the parts of the effect each
apply in their appropriate ones. If an effect starts to apply in one layer and/or sublayer, it will
continue to be applied to the same set of objects in each other applicable layer and/or sublayer, even
if the ability generating the effect is removed during this process.
