I have the same issue on mac. I opened a ticket with actual support - they would take 4+ days to reply to each response, were unable to help me resolve the issue (and in fact seemed to not be reading the description of the problem or watch the video I sent showing them the “waiting for server”. I’ve reinstalled the game several times over the multiple weeks the ticket was open, repaired game files… nothing. The only advice they gave was “clear your browser cache” but the hang is all in the client, I’m not getting to the browser at all. They eventually closed the ticket and said I should come here and look for help from the user community. Horrible support. We’re trying to give them money and they don’t want it.

Have never been able to enter the store so I can't buy anything at all

Never had any problem like this before on mtga pc.

But suddenly the store stopped working like a week ago.

Got endless loading and "waiting for the server" never getting onto the store page.
