Blind obedience is bugged
If you play blind obedience in brawl on pc it taps your creatures as well the card is supposed to make opponent creatures tapped

More likely, the opponent was playing a card with the same effect. There are quite a few of those, Thalia, Heretic Cathar, Thatlia and the Gitrog Monster, or Urabrask the Hidden are just three of the top of my head.
