BUG REPORT Vaevictis Asmadi, the Dire and Hexproof
I played a game against an opponent who controlled a hasted [Vaevictis Asmadi, the Dire] and when they attacked chose my [shadowspear] with Vaevictis's triggered ability. I then cast [lazotep plating] in response giving myself and permanents I control hexproof until end of turn. This fizzled the trigger on the shdaowspear, but I realized afterwords that this should not have worked as the ability does not target and should not be effected by hexproof.
This was on the Steam Client for Arena.

Vaevictis's ability does target:
"Whenever Vaevictis Asmadi, the Dire attacks, for each player, choose TARGET permanent that player controls. [...]"
