Mindswipe is completely ineffectual
I cast Mindswipe X=3, targeting my opponent's commander, Etali, Primal Conqueror. They only have one mana untapped. Despite this, the spell seems to resolve instantly, and my opponent's pause seemed to suggest that they were just as confused as I was.
This has happened before as well, but I just assumed I misread my opponent's Toski. Similar bug reports have also already been filed.
Please, issue a fix as soon as you can. The card isn't "good", but it's one of my favorites, and as it stands it's a dead card. The log is attached below, and I wish all the devs and support staff the best.

Did they cast Etali with a Cavern of Souls with "dinosaur" selected?
