Freeze and crash of the general client user interface on PC following the September 12 update
Following the September 12 update, the download of the update seems to have gone well. However, the game interface freezes as soon as I try to go to the Packs or the Store pages, or when I try to click on the quest renewal. The game freezes and it's no longer possible to access the menus, even if it's just to close the game. The bug concerns a PC platform.

As commented on this thread, for me on Mac, setting the graphics to Medium resolved it (even though I was previously running on Low).

Just found out that using the "Validate Bundles" Option in the bug report menu solved the issue for me when nothing else would. Try that if you can get to it. Last time I couldn't even get to that menu but was able to make it in to do that today and my game seems functional now. Haven't have time to try a match but I can open packs and do other things I couldn't before.

Looking into the network traffic, it happens straight after calling the api.platform.wizards.com (like 2 ms). See attached wireshark log

The game feezes when I try to start a sealed event. This is a completely newly setup PC (yesterday) with *only* MTG Arend installed.

Seconded, the exact same thing is happening to me. It crashes during games, and I can't open packs or it crashes.

こんばんは。私も皆さんと同じ状況でしたが、ダスクモーン実装のアップデートが入った後、windowsの更新の確認、グラフィックドライバの更新の確認、アリーナの設定でグラフィックを「中」にしたら、正常に動くようになりました。
ダスクモーンのパック3パック開封、ストアの閲覧、スパーキー戦1試合、スターターデッキ戦1試合をやっても、アリーナが落ちなくなりました。まだしばらくは様子見が必要ですが、一応プレイができるようになったので、ここでご報告させていただきました。参考になりましたら幸いです。 -

Have also been having this issue. Not been able to much of anything on arena without it freezing to the point of not responding. Cant go to the store, open packs, play certain cards, play matches for random period of time.

自分のwindowsのpcでも、対戦中をはじめストアやミッションの確認、パックを開くときなどにゲームが完全にフリーズするため、ゲームが全くプレイできません。少なくとも1週間前からこの問題が発生していて、ゲームの再インストールをしても治らず、ダスクモーンの為のメンテナンス後も同じ状態です。早急な対応を願います。
(The game is unplayable now on my pc(windows) because of same problem. It freezes and crash While I am playing a match soon. It also occurs When I try to open pack, to show store or mission for XP. I uninstalled and installed the game, but it doesn't fix. This problem has been about a week ago, and it doesn't fix after release of Duskmourn. please fix as soon as possible.) -

my client freezes, too. I lost the possibility to reach level 60 on BloomBurrow 'cause I haven't been able to play.....

I have uninstalled and reinstalled two times and I simply cannot access anything because the game freezes, no matter what I do.
