Planeswalker cards should cost a minimum of 10 mana to play
All of them are universally game breaking. Having single cards in general that can do a lot is game breaking. The ruleset for MTG is designed for cards that have at best one ability each as this was the nature of the vast majority of cards that existed when the ruleset was designed.
Having cards with multiple abilities breaks this and all cards, especially planeswalkers, that have more than one ability should be banned.
