infinite spells?
I ran into an issue on the ladder where a tapped out opponent with no triggers was able to cast behold the multiverse 3 times.....No idea what I could send you for this

Screenshot of the board would be nice.
There are cards that allow casting of spells for free, no trigger needed:
Omniscience - Enchantment - You may cast spells from your hand without paying their mana costs.
