The game still needs a report system and bans for players who go afk and run the timer just because they're losing.

I’ve reported almost 400 ropers in recent months (via the “Report Conduct” form), but am pretty sure I’ve been ******* into the wind, as I still encounter the same offenders doing the same things weeks/months later.
I’ve also tried contacting WoTC numerous times to escalate this issue, but that also came to nought, as it’s impossible to get past their automated customer service chatbots.

You can report a player for "conduct" here https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000604591 , but I've never seen it have any effect.
Sadly, now I just snap-concede to known-jerks and have ceased to care about my win/loss record.
