Coordinate Clobbering + Enduring Vitality + dread token bug
i just tapped both creatures to deal damage to the plant and they did 3 damage instead of 5.
I think the game state should be easy to reproduce.

Enduring Vitality looks to be summoning sick, so you played it that turn for 3 mana, which you got from your three lands. Meaning you paid for Coordinated Clobbering with mana produced by tapping the manifested creature. Meaning, even if you targeted it and the Vitality, the manifested creature was an illegal target when the spell resolved, so only the Vitality got tapped and dealt damage.
