My premium pass is not being counted, only the free one, I want my benefits if I paid for the pass, I didn't receive them from reward 5, that is, 2 premium benefits that I didn't have access to and that were mine by right

Don't know why you seem to be missing the Cult Healer card style from level 6 though. Could trying going to https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us/requests/new/ and selecting "Account Issues" for help with that one.

Those are COSMETICS, not actual cards. The Mastery Orbs do not get you any cards, just like the store does noit offer individual cards for purchase, just cosmetics. The only exception in the history of the game thus far were the 4x Sorin planeswalker cards you could have gotten during the Blooburrow Mastery by spending 2 orbs.
