Upkeep step completely skipped
Upkeep priority is just flat skipped.
ON MY UPKEEP, I can use Etrata, Deadly Fugitive to turn Jace, Wielder of Mysteries face up, which will then cause me to win the game on my draw step.
But the bad programming decided I didn’t need an upkeep, despite being in Full Control mode, so I lost instead.

1) Did you try putting a stop on your upkeep before your turn?
2) YOU WOULD HAVE LOST ANYWAY. If you turned Jace face-up he would have been a planeswalker with no loyalty counters on him and immediately gone to the graveyard.
