I didnt recieved rewards from level 13 to 18, i noticed cause i didnt habe the draft token of level 15.

I had this problem today (Dec 11, 2025). I didn't receive the pack and orb for achieving level 35.

I did not get mine either. I bought it last Wednesday. When you go to the Mastery tab, do you have the option of buying mastery pass for gems?

Did not receive rewards for my level 50 and 51 of mastery today... Hope it gets fixed soon!

Not receiving credit for wins or daily mastery task for over 48 hrs... Have tried on phone and Steam neither are registering achievements towards daily or weekly win rewards.

I did not receive the mythic cards reward on level 12 of the mastery pass of the Omenpaths, though I did receive it at level 9.
I had the same issue with the last mastery pass on levels 12 and 34. At theses levels there is also a pack reward for the set mastery and I suspect this somehow cancels the mastery pass reward, because on levels where there is only a mastery pass reward I did receive the mythic cards.

Edit:
I just reached level 20 on the mastery pass and did not receive the mythic cards even though there is no set mastery reward, so my previous assumption was wrong.

Is anything being done about this?
