I did not receive the Mythic from lvl 16 of the Mastery pass today and, as with the Bloombury Mastery Pass, the 750 points + 3 won games (should be another 750 points) were not all added to my Mastery Pass progression. Logfile is attached.

Thank you for looking into this. It is weird that you cannot solve this problem for months. I believe that it happens when a daily quest is exchanged and the new daily quest has a value of 750 points instead of 500.

Did not receive the Mythic from the lvl 16 of the pass.

I’m missing tons of rewards still. Both mastery and purchased daily deals… months worth of missing rewards/purchases. I hope these update soon, I am still purchasing the "Daily Deal" cards as they become available and are relevant to my deck. None of these cards have appeared to date. Tried it again today and purchased a 3,600gold card "Valkyrie's Call" and its still not showing.

Probably spent somewhere around 35k Gold and none of them are showing

Similar issue. Just hit Rank 59 on the Mastery pass and appeared to not receive the 2 DSK Mythics. I have tried logging in both iOS app and PC app without success.

I didn't received it too. How we can have our rewards ?? I miss 5 boost and 3000 coins... It's not cool

I did not recevie any of the mastery rewards

I also used an orb for a card, but after I claimed it I lost it. It s nowhere to be found in my collection...

On 21/10 I bought the Adventurer Bundle and activated the Mastery Pass :
- I did get all rewards which were already unlocked
- However I don't think I ever got any other reward from the Mastery Pass since then
- In the same way, the 5,000XP offered in latest message (MagicCon news) didn't unlock anything from the Mastery Pass, although it did unlock rewards from the base mastery.
I really hope we'll all retrospectively get due rewards after this bug is fixed !

Same issue here, it seems to be ALL or close to all the rewards of the paid part of the mastery pass

I am also missing numerous mastery pass rewards

Same problem there, not getting the rewards with the 2.000xp given points

The rewards from the mastery pass are still broken. I havent recieved any of the packs or gems or even the companions from the mastery pass. It seems no one is doing anything because after a week of the report still nothing. It is so infuriating that I loose my money like this. I want a Refund or a solution.

Is anyone dealing with this? It's quite annoying, that this bug was reported more than a week ago and nothing has been done yet, the poor management of Arena makes me want to leave it once and for all, despite the time and resources invested in the game

I've encountered the same issue. The rewards for the paid pass starting from level 36 are missing, which should include at least five levels of rewards, such as pets, card packs, and even diamonds.

Uncertain what all I’ve missed but can confirm premium rewards 20-24 haven’t come through and it doesn’t appear premium 14 did either so possibly as far back as 14-24. Free pass stuff has been fine

Same issue. Have gotten no rewards for anything in the paid pass above level 19
